But to me it always comes back to this: How can google accurately determine whats a "paid" link and whats not? Seems to me that google's primary job is to index data, not figure out who paid for what where. If they modify their algorithm, then what's the point of a link at all? I don't think google can accurately determine what's a paid link and what's not without a very very high percentage of false positives, which would, in the end, damage them.
