The Import HTML extension allows you to use an embedded HTML document as your menu data source. Thanks to Jason Davis for this idea.
You would normally want the embedded document to be hidden,
but here I've made it visible so you can see what's going on.
Only the main navigation bar is hard-coded into this page - the menus
are copied from the list in the <iframe> document.
This extension is not supported in Mac/IE5, or in Opera versions earlier than 7.2
