What are the benefits/disadvantages to installing a UDM4 menu using the php configuration versus using javascript?

Both will function equally as well. No disadvantages really. A lot of javascript menus fail to function when javascript is disabled. Not so with UDM4. Whether you use either one would be a matter of personal preference.

i used php and worked great..i don't know about javascript:(
