How can i attach my sig?

Hi, could anyone tell me how can i attach my signatrure? Is this option not availiable for newbies? Thanks:)

I believe signatures have been disabled, at least temporarily. I noticed a day or so ago that my signature wasn't displaying correctly so I deleted it. There's been an awful lot of spam on the forum lately, so I'm sure this is an attempt to stop at least some of it.
