Oscommerce OnMouseOver Drop Down Menu

Can any1 please give me some guidance to make OnMouseOver drop down Menu on my sample Oscommerce site.
I tried with the udm4 class but nothing happened. Dont know what the problem with it.

I'm not seeing any udm javascript statements. Can you check server logs to see if everything is working properly? Also can you post your index.php (or the page you're trying to install udm4) ???
