newbie help -apply style

I tried the style alteration as HTML and it worked divinely. I tried the PHP part and it was an epic fail.

Can someone please help me?

It looks to me like you are specifying the path to the UDM4 files incorrectly. For example, the path to your stylesheet:

href="/udm4-php/udm-resources/udm-style.php"

According to the above code, the folder named udm4-php is directly under the root folder for the website. Is that where it really is? If not, you'll also need to fix the value of the $config variable in that same file.
