I need some help here. I can't get my banner image to repeat, and I can't get the table up to where it should be. Any help would be most appreciated.Here are the links if you need...

Are you making a layout of html? Your table should be easily placed exactly where you want it with css. If that's currently what you are doing just mess around with the width and stuff to get it to where you would like it to stay.
