I don't think CSS can do this.
 

Ok my problem is that when i use %'s to position (absolute) the images overlap each other when the browser is resized small, i tried padding and margins and i got nothing, i want the header to stop when it hits the logo on resizing. The website is www.Forwardsites.com here is the code=...

Why don't you just switch it over to pixels? It works a lot better.
