Trying to make form look good, how to align text left, and form right?

I want the text to line up in a straight line, and I can't figure out how... You can't align spans individually?I wantthe text to all line up here: VImage: http://designermichael.com/how.gif Instead of being staggered like it is... Is there a simple solution? Everything is encased in a 400px...
