Expanding Relative Position not working

Is it possible to make a menu using Expanding menu, multiple nested levels, and have it be relative like with in a table.. when i have it set to ABSOLUTE it works fine but as soon as i turn it to RELATIVE it stops working.. any advice would be great thanks!

It's probably some other conflict in your CSS. Can you post a link to your site? Or the HTML, CSS and udm4 code you're using?
