Help centering a CSS Menu

Im not sure about centering your menu but check out http://cssmenumaker.com. They provide a ton of free css menus that you can customize and download.

Are you talking about centering the whole menu or the words inside of it? The whole menu can easily be centered the words inside I'm unsure of.
