I think that you only have to use the "onclick"...

I think that you only have to use the "onclick" class for <li> tags and not <ul> tags as well. See here:

I have spent quite a bit of time styling the expanding menu and was disappointed to find that you menu item with a submenu are not url-selectable... they are only capable of being used as an onclick...
