Default image borders in Dreamweaver

I am puzzled about blue borders around some images when inserted into an HTML table cell using Dreamweaver 8. Some have them but others don't. I have looked at the code for both and there is no difference. Could someone please tell me how to get rid of these blue borders. All help much...

Simplest answer yet, don't use dreamweaver. It is more beneficial to learn html and css in the long run because the software doesn't allow you to do much. (Check computer now and deleteds software) Thanks for reminding me, my comps running slow.
