Default Changing Content

How do I change content on my site with out chaning it manually on every page?

It depends what you mean by content? Is this content like words on every page on your site? If so you should write the content in css so whenever you change it it will reflect on the entire site. If the content is like text boxes and layout type things well just put it in css again you'll be able to change it by just changing the css document. If this doesn't help would you better explain what you are trying to do, and I can probably give you a better answer.
