Need Help - CSS Layout Problem

I have a CSS layout which is fine but I am having a problem with thats. As you can see below code... Save it as html file & see that both Right & Left columns stick with their text while they should meet the Copyright Footer div. Also guide me why the Contents div expands below the side...
